All jewelry is made by hand in our studio in Eindhoven, so this depends on the production time required for a piece. But when your piece is ready, it will be sent within 3 days.

Within the Netherlands, the packages are sent with Mikropakket. International orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx. All shipments are insured and receive a track & trace code.
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped for free. The costs for international orders differ per destination and will be visible on your invoice.
At this moment, it‘s possible to pay with one of the following options: IDeal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Sofort banking, Bancontact, Giropay and Paypal. All payment are secured.
It is possible to return a piece of jewelry within 7 days after you have received it. Send us an email at: info@noobajewelry.com. It must be returned undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging. The shipping costs are for the buyer. After these 7 days, your purchase is final and cannot be returned anymore. When it is a made-to-order or custom-made piece of jewelry, we are unable to offer returns.
Please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@noobajewelry.com and include photos of the damaged item and/or package so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
