Sometimes there is gold in a box that you no longer wear, but is too precious to throw away. Think of a ring from your mother, an heirloom that doesn’t fit (anymore), or something that no longer suits your style. I can reuse that gold. In my studio I melt it down and turn it into a new piece of jewelry, something that fits who you are now, but in which the old is still present.

Gold that remains useful forever

Gold does not lose its value. Even when a piece of jewelry is worn out or out of fashion, the metal itself remains excellent to use. I will melt down the gold you bring and reuse it as the basis for your new design.

Sometimes a portion or structure is retained and sometimes the material is given a totally new shape. It depends entirely on what you want to have made.
This way it remains your gold, but in a piece of jewelry that suits now.

Methodology

There are two ways to work together:
you can come by my studio in Eindhoven, or you can send the gold insured and registered mail.
Both ways work equally well, and I will guide you step by step through the process.

In the studio or by email, we will discuss what you would like to have made.
I will look at the gold (in person or as soon as it comes in), listen to your wishes and create a design that fits the material and style you are looking for.

Then I melt down the gold and quietly work on the new piece of jewelry. Everything is made by hand, with attention to detail and wearing comfort.
When it is ready, you can pick up the jewelry or I will send it to you safely and by registered mail.
