Gold ring with gray-blue spinel – One of a kind

This gold ring is designed around an 8×5 mm gray-blue spinel.
The color is subdued and the design is deliberately kept quiet, giving the stone space without emphasis or embellishment.

This ring is handmade in my ateliers is part of my one-of-a-kind collection.
So only one of these exists.

About spinel

Spinel is a gemstone you don’t come across as often, but it is special for that very reason. With a hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale, spinel is great for everyday wear. The stone is strong, stable and retains its clarity well with regular use.

I like working with spinel because of that combination of durability and radiance. Depending on color and cut, spinel can look both bright and subdued. In this gray-blue variety, on the other hand, there is a quiet depth that does not easily bore and moves nicely with the light.

• Finish: high-shine polished

• Size: 17.75, but this can be adjusted.
