At Nooba Jewelry, every piece of jewelry is handmade, often specially made to order. This means that many pieces are not standard stock, but are made with care for you. That’s why I handle returns carefully.

Returns

Most jewelry is custom or made to order. These pieces of jewelry cannot be returned once production has begun.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me at noortje@noobajewelry.com within 7 days of receipt so I can resolve the problem.

For one-of-a-kind or readily available jewelry applies:

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
• The jewelry must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned jewelry, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the same payment method.
Shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.

How to report a return

Email noortje@noobajewelry.com with:

• The order number
• The name of the product
• The reason for return

You will then receive return instructions by e-mail.
